homeopathy, homoeopathy' sports injury, training, kesteven natural health centreOur remedies are based on the same principles of homeopathy established by Dr Samuel Hahnemann in the 18th and 19th Centuries. In particular, they are designed to maintain and support the balance of vital energy within people, plants and animals. Their use provides the stimulus required to balance the bodyís internal processes of regulation, regeneration, recovery and resistance.

The Centreís practitioners combine our range of homeopathy with an integrated approach to health and well-being that takes into account diet and nutrition, exercise and relaxation, environment and pollution, stress, emotions and attitude.
